Carrot n Potato Bhajjunu upkari

INGREDIENTS:
2 potatoes
2 carrots
6-8 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
3 red chillies
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Peel  potatoes and carrots
  • Cut them into thin square pieces and wash well
  • Apply salt and keep for 20 mins
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan,add mustard
  • When it starts crackling add broke red chillies and fry for a minute
  • Drain water from the potato and carrots and put in the pan and mix well,cover with a lid and cook till it is cooked
  • Serve hot with rice and dal!!
  • You can prepare this using only potato also!!
