Crispy Honey Noodles with Iceceam


INGREDIENTS:
3 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp water
3 tblsp honey
1 tsp til/ sesame seeds (toasted)
Chopped almonds
Spring roll sheets
Oil for deep frying
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Vanilla icecream

PROCEDURE:

  • Thaw frozen spring roll sheets for 15 mins and cut them into fine strips
  • Deep fry them into crisp noodles
  • In a pn sugar,water and cook till sugar melts
  • Add honey and mix well
  • Remove from the flame and let it become warm
  • Before serving toss the noodles in required amount of prepared syrup
  • Add sesame seeds ,almonds and mix
  • For serving,Put the noodles in a serving plate ,put the iceceam scoops and top it with chocolate sauce  .
NOTE: Prepare the honey syrup few minutes before serving .
