Baingan tava fry

INGREDIENTS:
1 dark purple coloured brinjal
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
1/2 cup masala oats 
Some chopped curry leaves

Make paste of:
2 tblsp rice flour
3 tblsp chilli pdr
salt to taste
1 tsp hing/asafoetida pdr
Add water and make thick paste

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and cut the brinjal into thin slices 
  • Apply  paste according to your taste  on all the slices
  • Mix oats and chopped curry leaves
  • Roll each brinjal slice in it and roast it on  tava on a medium flame,using oil  till it is cooked
