Egg Omelette

2 eggs
1 onion finely chopped
2 tblsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tblsp finely chopped tomato (deseeded)
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tblsp finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Pepper pdr
Oil for cooking


  • Break the eggs and put in a bowl
  • Add the other ingredients except oil and pepper pdr
  • Beat well and make omelette and sprinkle some pepper pdr before serving
  • Serve with a slice of bread
