Mushroom n Corn in chilli garlic sauce


INGREDIENTS:
5 baby corns cut into slices
5 button mushrooms cut into slices
1/2 capsicum cut into cubes
4 tsp oil
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 slit green chilli
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tblsp CHING'S SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
pinch sugar
1 tsp chilli pdr
2 -3 tsp corn flour diluted in 1/2 cup water
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil and saute chopped garlic,green chilli  on a high flame
  • add mushrooms,corn and capsicum cubes,salt and saute for 5 mins
  • add sauces,chilli pdr,schezuan chutney,vinegar and 1/4 cup water
  • Add salt n sugar to taste,followed by corn flour slurry
  • Cook for 5 mins till the gravy becomes thick
  • Garnish with chopped coriander or spring onion
  • If you want more gravy then increase the amount of water and corn flour slurry .
