Radish leaves dosa


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dosa rice
1/2 cup toor dal/split pigeon peas
3/4 cup grated fresh coconut
5-6 or according to your taste red chillies
Salt to taste
2 cups finely chopped radish leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice and dal in water for 2-3 hours
  • Wash well and grind with coconut,salt and red cillies into  a semi coarse paste
  • consistency is little thicker than idli batter
  • Heat tava and spread dosa ,cook on both the sides,adding oil
  • You can substitute radish leaves with cabbage,onion also!!
