Pattha gobi paratha


INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup finely chopped pattha gobi / cabbage
1 finely chopped onion 
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp jeera pdr
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp haldi pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp oil + oil or ghee for cooking paratha
salt to taste

FOR THE ROTI :
1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed
PROCEDURE:

  • Mix the ingredients of roti and knead a semi soft dough and keep covered
  • Wash cabbage and chop finely
  • In a pan heat oil and saute onions for 2 mins 
  • Add green chilli paste and fry for 2 mins
  • Add cabbage and saute for 5 mins on a high flame
  • Add all the spices,coriander leaves and switch off the gas
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Devide the dough into portions and make balls
  • Roll each ball and stuff around 2 tblsp of stuffing ,close it and again roll into semi thick paratha
  • Heat pan and cook the parathas adding oil or ghee on both the sides
  • serve hot with curds and pickle or any chutney of your choice and enjoy !!!
