Besanwali mirchi


INGREDIENTS:
2 long green chillies (chillies that we use to make mirchi bhajji)
3 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato or tomato puree
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 tsp chilli pdr
2 tsp roasted crushed peanuts
2 -3 tsp besan/ gramflour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and cut the chillies into semi thick roundels(you can deseed it)
  • In a kadai heat oil ,add onoions and saute till light pinkish
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins
  • Put the cut chillies,salt  and cook covered with a lid
  • Put chopped tomato and fry till they become pulpy
  • Add all spice powders and fry
  • Put the besan and fry for 2-3 mins,followed by little water and crushed peanuts
  • Garnish with  chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis!!
