Instant Cabbage Ambade
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups finely chopped cabbage/patta gobi
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3-4 tsp red chilli pdr
3 tblsp rice flour
3 tsp fine rava
2 tblsp besan
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl take akll the ingredients(except oil)
- Mix well with your hands and keep covered for 15 mins
- As onons will leave some water no water is needed,so sprinkle water only if necessary
- Make balls and flatten it and deep fry on a medium flame till brown and crispy !!
