Baby corn Manchurian

12 babycorn cut into pieces
2 sliced onions
2 chopped green chillies
8 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 cup tricoloured bell peppers cut into thin slices
6 Tsp oil+oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Wash the corn pieces and marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.Salt,3 tblsp corn flour
1 tblsp maida and 2 tblsp rice flour, water as required


  • Deep fry the marinated corns till crisp and brown in colour
  • In a pan heat oil,saute chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies till light brown in colour
  • Add onion slices and fry till transparent
  • Put all the other ingredients and fry for a min
  • Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add to it and mix well
  • When it becomes thick add fried corn and toss well
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any rice or noodles!!
