Capsicum Fritters

1 big capsicum cut into fingers
Oil for deep frying

For Marination:
2 tblsp rice flour
1 blsp corn flour
2 tsp besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chat masala(optional)
Salt to taste


  • Apply lil salt to the capsicum fingers and keep aside
  • Make a semi thick  paste of the above mentioned ingredients using water as required
  • Marinate the capsicum fingers with the paste 
  • Heat oil and deep fry the fingers into a crisp fritters
  • Serve hot with rice and dal or rasam !!
