Huruli Saaru


INGREDIENTS:
2 Tblsp horsegram / kulithu / huruli kaalu
2 tblsp fresh grated coconut
lil tamarind
2-3 tsp rasam pdr
Salt to taste

FOR THE TEMPERING:
2 tsp oil
8 garlic cloves crushed

PROCEDURE:
  • Dry roast horse gram in a pn till it becomes brown colour
  • Grind it with other ingredients into a fine paste,add water as needed and make it boil
  • Temper with the mentioned ingredients
  • Serve hot with hot rice !!
