Onion Neer dosa with Paneer ghee roast

INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER GHEE ROAST:
100 gms paneer
6 tsp ghee
1 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
MAKE A PASTE OF :
4 tsp kashmiri / byadgi chilli pdr
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp coriander pdr
1/4 tsp cumin pdr
2 onions chopped and deep fried

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat ghee and roast the masala till the ghee leaves the sides (around 5-10 mins)
  • Add paneer cubes,salt and lime juice and cook for 5 mins
INGREDIENTS FOR NEER DOSA:
1 cup dosa rice
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
1 finely chopped onion
chopped coriander leaves
2 chopped green chillies

PROCEDURE:
  • Soak rice in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Grind into a smooth batter, add salt ,water and make thin batter
  • Add other ingredients and make dosa 
  • You can not spread this dosa
  • You have to pour the batter from the height
