Strawberry Yoghurt

1 cup hung curd
4-5  mashed fresh strawberries 
2-3 tblsp  powdered sugar
Strawberries for garnishing


  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs 
  • Serve chilled garnished with strawberries
Handy tip: 2 cups of thick curds gives 1 cup of hung curds!!
