Cucumber Akki Rotti



INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup thin poha
3 tsp chopped curry leaves
4 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 medium sized grated cucumber
1 tsp cumin seedsste
Salt to taste
Water to make dough
Oil to cook rotti

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash poha and soak in water for 5 mins
  • Drain water and mix with all other ingredients (except oil)
  • Add water as needed and make a soft dough
  • Grease a plastic sheet or banana leaf ,take a handful of dough and make thin rotis on sheet
  • Transfer the rotis on hot tava and cook on both the sides adding oil
  • Serve hot with garlic chutney!!!
