Moong ki Tikki



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup moong sprouts/ Green gram sprouts
2 small boiled potatoes
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
Chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp corn flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Oil for cooking

PROCEDURE:

  • Coarsely grind moong sprouts,green chillies without water
  • Add mashed ,boiled potatoes and all other ingredients except bread crumbs and oil
  • Mix well,devide into equal portions
  • Flatten each portion and give the shape of tikkis,roll each tikki in bread crumbs
  • Heat tava and roast all the tikkis on a medium flame ,using oil till they become crisp and brown on both the sides
  • Serve hot with ketchup or any other chutney of your choice!!
  • Enjoy with hot cup of coffee or tea !!
