Sabudana Mango Delight

2 mangoes  peeled and finely chopped into small cubes
1/4 cup sagu/tapioca pearls
3/4 cup milk
3 tblsp sugar
Custard or mango ice cream (I used vanilla custard)


  • Wash sagu and cook it in milk till it becomes transparent
  • Once it becomes transparent add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves and it becomes thick
  • Prepare custard ,following the instructions on the packet
  • Once the sagu comes to room temperature ,keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs
  • Take serving glass,put,some custard or ice cream,put some sagu and then mango cubes
  • Serve chilled!!!
