KodubaLe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup maida/ all purpose flour
1/2 cup semolina/fine rava
1/2 cup grated dry coconut
6-8 dry red chillies
2 tblsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp asafoetida/ hing
4 tblsp melted dalda or butter
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE:
- Make fine powder of dry coconut ,red chillies and put in a bowl
- Add other ingredients to it and mix well
- Using water knead a semi soft dough ,devide them into small portions
- Make balls of the devided portions,roll them n give the shape of kodubaLe
- Heat oil and deep fry them on a medium flame till it becomes crisp and brown colour
- and your kodubaLe is ready to eat
- Store them in an airtight container and enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee!!!
