2 pomfret fish cleaned and cut into slices
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup fine rava or rice flour
FOR THE MARINATION:
Make a paste of 3 tblsp rice flour,generous amount of hing/ asafoetida,salt,4 tblsp red chilli powder
- Apply little salt to tha fish slices and keep for 10 mins
- Marinate the fish with prepared chilli paste and refrigerate it for minimum 30 mins
- Roll each slices in rice flour or fine rava, heat oil and fry the fish on a medium flame till it becomes crisp
- Serve hot with rice and dal !!!
Follow the same recipe for any fish and you can also shallow fry this instead od deep frying!!
