1 cup sprouted and boiled matki/ Moth beans
5 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr/haldi
1 onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
TO BE GROUND:
In 1 tsp oil fry
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 or 2 green chillies
5 garlic cloves till light brown and grind to a coarse paste
- Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard,when it starts crackling add curry leaves,haldi and chopped onions and saute till transparent
- Add the ground paste and fry for 5 mins,followed by the boiled matki,salt to taste
- Cook for 5 mins and serve hot with roti !!
- Typically this is served with jowar bhakris/ jolada rottis!!!
