Babycorn Mushroom Fry



INGREDIENTS:
5 mushrooms
5 baby corns
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tblsp schezuan red chilli sauce
3 tblsp red chilli paste
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
Oil 5 tsp
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan ,add chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 mins
  • Add chopped spring onions and saute till it becomes transparent
  • Now put the ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes
  • Add schezuan red chilli sauce ,red chilli paste and fry ,followed by chopped mushrooms and babycorns
  • Cook covered with a lid
  • Once it is cooked add soya sauce,ketchup ,salt to taste and toss well
  • Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice or noodles or ghee rice !!!
