Dry fruit laddu

1 cup seedless dates
3 tsp ghee
1/2 cup mixed nuts like almond,cashews,melon seeds
2 tblsp raisins
2 tblsp dessicated coconut
2 tblsp condensed milk


  • Finely chop dates , cashew nuts and almonds
  • In a pan heat1 tsp ghee and fry nuts ,remove and put in a bowl
  • In same pan add remaining ghee ,fry dates till it becomes soft,add dessicated coconut and mix well,remove from the flame
  • Once it s slightly cooled add all the other ingredients and mix well
  • Make laddus and store in an airtight jar!!!
