Palak Potato Crispies

3 medium potatoes
8 palak / spinach leaves
2 green chillies
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 tblsp corn flour
3 tblsp rice flour
2 tsp besan/ bengal gram flour
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


  • Peel the potatoes cut into thin slices and then into strips
  • Wash well and spread on a kitchen towel
  • Blanch the palak leaves and grind with green chillies
  • Put the potato strips in a broad bowl ,add palak puree,salt,and all the other ingredients and mix well to coat the potatoes 
  • Heat oil and deep fry the potato stirs on a medium flame till they become crisp
  • Store in an airtight container ,once it comes to room temperature!!
