Cauliflower Saung



INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cauliflower / gobi  florets
3 medium sized onions chopped
2 finely chopped tomatoes
6 tsp oil
2 tsp red chilli pdr
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Put gobi florets in warm water with salt and keep for 15 mins
  • Wash well and cook it with 1 cup water and little salt
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until light brown
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
  • Put red chilli powder and fry for 2-3 mins
  • Add the boiled gobi florets and cook for another 10 mins,
  • And your gobi saung is ready to eat ,serve hot with roti,rice ,dosa or idli !!!
