Teekhi Poori/ spicy poori

1 cup wheat flour
2 tblsp fine rava / semolina
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2 green chillies crushed
1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida pdr
2 tsp crushed jeera/ cumin seeds
Water to knead the dough
Oil for deep frying


  • In a bowl take wheat flour,rava,salt sugar,crushed chillies,jeera, hing 
  • Mix well and add water as required to knead the dough
  • Make a tight dough and keep covered for 15 mins
  • Devide the dough into portions and make balls
  • Roll the balls into pooris and deep fry in oil 
  • Serve hot !!
