Bread Curd Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
4 Bread slices
Ghee or butter for roasting
FOR THE STUFFING:
1/2 cup hung curds
Salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1 finely chopped green chilli
Chopped coriander leaves
Pinch of sugar
PROCEDURE:
- Take hung curd in a bowl and add all the other ingredients one by one
- Mix well and keep aside
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll it with a rollng pin
- Apply butter on it and keep the stuffing
- Carefully roll the bread ,wet the edges and press tightly
- Heat tava and roast ,adding ghee or butter until crisp and brown
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
