Green peas masala


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh green peas
1 potato cut into cubes
1 tomato finely chopped
4 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1/2 inch ginger chopped
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp any garam masala (I used misal masala)
2 tsp kasuri methi 
2 tsp besan
1/4 cup milk 
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • Put green peas and potato in cooker with half cup water and cook for 2-3 whistles
  • In a pan heat oil,out hing,jeera and fry for a second
  • Add chopped ginger and tomato and fry till it becomes mushy
  • add the spice powders one by one and fry for 3 mins
  • Now put the besan and fry, add in the cooked peas,potato,salt to taste,mix well
  • Make it boil,add milk,kasoori methi and give a quick boil
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with poori or chapati.
