Crispy Ghee Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups dosa rice
1/2 cup boiled / ukda rice
1/2 cup urad dal
2 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds
2 handful moongdal
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Salt to taste
Pinch of sugar
Ghee for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak ingredients from no 1 to 5 in water for 5-6 hrs
- Wash well ,drain water and grind into a smooth batter
- Keep covered in a warm place for fermentation
- Add salt ,sugar, and cooikng soda to the batter,mix well
- Heat tava and make thin dosas ,adding 2-3 tsp ghee
- No need to cook another side
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
