Tava fried Gobi


INGREDIENTS:
1 Small gobi
Salt to taste
Red chilli pdr to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup rice flour
Oil for cooking 

PROCEDURE:

  • Cut the gobi into thin slices,wash well and put in warm,salted water for 10 mins
  • Drain the water,add salt,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to the gobi and mix well
  • Heat oil,roll each gobi slice in rice flour and arrange neatly on tava
  • Add oil and close the tava with a lid
  • Cook on a medium flame 
  • Once it is cooked,flip the gobi and cook again
  • Once it is roasted servehot  with hot rice and dal.
