Murg Malai Tikka


INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breast pieces(boneless)
Oil for cooking 

To be ground to paste:

1/2 cup coriander leaves
4-5 mint leaves
3-4 green chillies
6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
1 tsp chat masala
Grind the above ingredients into a fie paste.

FOR MARINATION :
Green masala paste
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tblsp hung curd
3 tsp fresh cream/ malai
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and clean the chicken , cut into small cubes
  • Marinate with the ingredients and keep in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Heat tava ,apply oil and roast the marinated chicken pieces in a low medium flame ,adding oil 
  • Cook with a lid covered,once it is cooked flip the pieces and cook the oter side till done
  • Serve hot with any dip or sezuan sauce .
