Sungta Talsani / Talshilele/ spicy prawn curry
INGREDIENTS:
250 gms prawns, cleaned and deveined
2 tblsp oil
7-8 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
FOR THE MASALA PASTE:
Grind 15 byadgi red chillies,chickpea size tamarind,1/2 tsp coriander seeds,hing and salt into a fine paste
PROCEDURE:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the masala paste as required ,according to your taste
- Fry the masala well for about 5 mins or until the oil leaves the sides
- Add crushed garlic,cleaned prawns,salt to taste and 1/4 cup water
- Let it boil, turn off the flame once the prawns are cooked
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
