Brined Raw mango gojju/ Khalambe gojju



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste 
5 garlic cloves
3 red chillies roasted in oil
Brined raw mango pieces according to taste
2-3 tsp coconut oil

PROCEDURE:

  • Grind all the above inredients except oil,adding little water
  • Make a fine paste,transfer the ground gojju in a serving bowl,add coconut oil and mx well
  • Serve with rice and dal
  • Be careful while adding salt , as the brined mango already has salt
