Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake



INGREDIENTS:
3 tblsp all purpose flour / maida
3 tblsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking pdr or cooking soda
2 tblsp cocoa pdr
3 tblsp melted butter (I used refined oil)
3 tblsp milk
3 tsp choco chips
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

PROCEDURE:

  • Take one microwave safe mug , put maida, sugar, baking pdr,cocoa pdr
  • Now add the wet ingredients, milk,melted butter, choco chips,vanilla essence
  • With the help of a fork mix well 
  • Micro it for one minute 20 seconds on a high heat
  • Remove the mug , insert one knife and check if it is baked. If the knife comes out clean it is ready to eat
  • If not then again micro it for 20 to 30  seconds
  •  Enjoy the cake  with vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce
